Appreciated Jason’s patience with my place in complete disarray as I just moved in yesterday. He was so helpful in getting me connected again and was also a great communicator in setting up my appointment. Very pleased!

Only one negative, I wanted to use my partner’s Mastercard from Sydney, Australia to pay tor Jason’s service, as Jason had mentioned this would be possible when I asked him prior to our appointment. Unfortunately when it came time to settle the bill, your billing software wouldn’t accept different billing addresses, and apparently this could only be approved by Jason’s hub supervisor. So this was a huge inconvenience I wasn’t prepared for. I use my partner’s credit card for Uber/Amazon/Lyft here with no issue so I wish your policy was the same. Please consider this.

my old printer died and i got a new printer .i used the internet to seach for a tech guy to instal my printer to my desktop,to my dismay i couldn't find anyone until i came across nerds on site,jason carson came to my house and found a way to install my printer,he is really good at his job,and i will be his client from now on

My printer, which has never worked since I purchased it, is now functioning thanks to the help we received from Jason. He put in a lot of time to get it working because we encountered a problem with the Bell Modem which had to be resolved by Bell. Happily, everything was functional in a jiffy once the modem problem was resolved.

Jason Carson was on time and did an excellent job. I'm a 94 year old man in a seniors living facility. I was having computer problems and he got everything working.

I have 2 wheelchairs. The regular one was assembled improperly and Jason put it together properly for me. My second wheelchair is an electric wheelchair, the battery wasn't attached properly, it was making beeping noises and it wouldn't work, Jason attached the battery, stopped the beeping noises and got it working, I was extremely happy, and he did it for free. God bless this fine young man!

Jason Carson was on time and did an excellent job. I'm a 94 year old man in a seniors living facility. I was having computer problems and he got everything working.

I have 2 wheelchairs. The regular one was assembled improperly and Jason put it together properly for me. My second wheelchair is an electric wheelchair, the battery wasn't attached properly, it was making beeping noises and it wouldn't work, Jason attached the battery, stopped the beeping noises and got it working, I was extremely happy, and he did it for free. God bless this fine young man!

I appreciated your patience, for this was a long session. But you got done with a complex document backup process and did it well. The Windows 11 reinstallation also went well. And I enjoyed getting to know our nerd!

I am pleased that we decided to select Nerds On Site, after investigating two other possible computer and smartphone technical support organizations.

Jason was very patient with us. He recommended and installed virus protection. Unfortunately one of our problems was with Yahoo globally which Jason had no access to.
